Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At EverShade Living®, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor products you can rely on. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

If there is a problem with your purchase, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, issues will be handled under our Warranty Policy.

Returns are only accepted for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging with all parts and accessories included

We do not accept returns for items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.


Accepted Returns (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective items
  • Parcel lost in transit
  • Parcel damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

In these cases, EverShade Living® will cover the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Changed mind / no longer needed
  • Item does not suit personal preference
  • Delivery arrived later than expected
  • Appearance differs slightly from website images

In these cases, customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.


How to Initiate a Return

If your return meets the requirements above, please contact our customer service team at:

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please include:

  • Shipping party’s name
  • Delivery ZIP code
  • Reason for return
  • Item(s) to be returned

Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, which must be included with your return.
Returns sent without an approved RMA will be refused.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is received.


Refunds

To request a refund, please email info@evershadeliving.com with:

  • Photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges.

Exchanged items must be received within 30 days of original delivery before replacement products are shipped.
All exchange items are subject to inspection prior to approval.


Custom Items & Cancellations

Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled
  • If production has not started, a 20% cancellation fee will apply
