Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Select international destinations
  • Please note: Shipping to Alaska and PO Box addresses is not supported at this time.

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is not available to your location at this time.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Evershade is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.


Lost or Delayed Packages
