EverShade Living® Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Canopies

• Frame: 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
• Fabric (Canopy Top): 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase
  

Gazebos & Portable Garages

• Frame: 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
• Fabric (Roof, Cover, Panels): 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
  

EverShade Living® warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use during the applicable warranty period.

What Is Covered

• Structural defects in frames caused by manufacturing or material issues
• Fabric defects related to workmanship or materials within the stated warranty period
  
  

All warranty claims require:

• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
  
  

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions
• Damage caused by weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, snow, storms, or acts of nature
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic changes over time
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  
  

Warranty Claims & Shipping

• Warranty claims must be submitted before returning any product or parts
• If a product arrives damaged and is reported within 3 days of delivery, EverShade Living® will cover return shipping costs
• If damage occurs during use and is determined to be covered under warranty:
• Replacement parts and labor will be provided at no additional cost
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs
• If damage is not covered or occurs outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all replacement and shipping costs

Custom Items Warranty

• Frames: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
• Custom-printed fabric items: Covered for manufacturing defects only

Important: Once artwork is approved, EverShade Living® is not responsible for any design-related issues.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall EverShade Living®, its dealers, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.

The maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Limitations

No dealer, reseller, or representative other than an authorized officer of EverShade Living® may modify or extend this warranty.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
