How long does shipping take?

Do I need to pay for shipping? How much is it?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
Where do you ship from? Why does delivery take 5–7 business days?
Most orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse in California. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, orders may ship from our overseas manufacturing facility, which could result in a longer delivery time. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.
